I'll always say the key to moderation of an online space isn't rules and consistent application of them. It's consistency to the type of community you want to build.

Found this friendly "soi dog" as they're known in Thailand (essentially alley dogs - strays) near Makkasan Depot in Bangkok. They were very photogenic!
