New ref sheet for 2023!

Just like last year’s ref sheet, I spent a lot of time on it! Maybe too much time…

Changelog from 2022’s ref sheet:

• Shoulders look much less broken
• Portrait view so you can see my face in detail
• Colour palette includes hexadecimal values
• Left hand now includes a gold band
• Detailed view of paw beans
