Trying to nail down the form and angle on this piece. It's been a couple of hours so far—I'm hoping to be done with this by end of today before I start a shading pass.
I'm not looking forward to putting in all of the foliage that I haven't drawn in yet...
Trees are really tough to draw! My hands want to just go ‘yes good enough now fill in the shape’ but I’m straining to try and keep it close to the reference.
I feel it’s a 50/50 on if I’ll finish the lining tonight
